Escrow Service
A sure way, which is used in many industries, to secure payment for your work, is to use an Escrow Service. This type of service means basically that the party ordering the work will deposit the agreed fee with a third party. When the work is completed, and under certain stipulations, the money will, then be transferred to the provider of the service.
When you perform a project for a new client that you have no experience of past payments, and want to secure your fees, suggest to the new client to use our escrow service. This way you will be assured of the payment and the client will be assured that the payment will only be delivered when the [project is done, under the terms and conditions you both agreed on.
The Escrow service works like this:
2. You agree with the client on the fee and the delivery date and time.
3. The client will then deposit the fee with us.
4. You completed the work and delivered it.
5. You notify us about the delivery of the completed project.
6. We contact the client to verify that the project was delivered to his satisfaction.
7. If we receive a positive response from the client, we shall release the money to you immediately.
If we receive from the client certain reservations about the work, its quality, etc., we shall mediate between you and the client to resolve the issues, and only then release the funds to you.The advantage of using the Escrow Service is that you are secured about the payment and that the payment will be made much faster that it is commonly done.
Please note that this service is not free. We may charge between 7.5 to 10 percent of the amount in Escrow, to cover our expenses.
